1. Google Maps Now Tells You Where You Have Parked And How Long Is Left On Your Parking Meter.

Thankyou, Google. Thankyou. No more panic, no more “where did we park it again?” and certainly no more “did we pay for 2 hours or 3?” That’s because the giant that is Google has provided a new service through their Google Maps section. By simply tapping the blue dot on the map that marks your current location you will now be given the option to mark this as your parking spot. Once you do this, you have the option to make any notes in the ‘details’ section – such as the row/number of your spot. Once you’ve done this, you have the option to set a timer which will count down the time you have paid for parking, sending you a notification when this has almost expired. Oh, and if you plan on meeting some friends at your car, you have the option to share the information with them. Thanks, Google.

4. Hidden Twitter Setting Can Free Up A Massive Amount Of Storage On Your Phone.

Your downloading the latest must have game for your iPhone. Then a notification pops up: Storage full. You roll your eyes, and then proceed to delete tens of your favourite photos and a few apps. You then download the game again. Then a notification pops up: Storage full. Repeat this process until the point where you realise you’re going to have to pay for more storage. Sound familiar? Well, according to Mashable.com, this struggle might be a thing of the past. If you’re an avid Twitter user then you might be in luck. The latest download on the much loved app contains a setting to delete cached “media and web storage files”. It’s simple but it’s very effective as Twitter stores many photos and a whole  load of content in this section.
